The Entrepreneurs’ Organization’s Eastern Chapter brought together 200–250 entrepreneurs, investors, and startup founders for a full-day bilingual summit at a five-star venue in Al Khobar. Nahj handled the complete production — branded entrance, large-format screen with original content, full AV and stage lighting, and live Arabic-English translation. We also managed the full guest experience layer: VIP invitation packages shipped across KSA, electronic invitations, branded lanyards and badges, customized shields for speakers, and sponsor recognition. When a reprint was needed day-of, we handled it without disruption.
